Site Master 1728-1787 (white oak) RMYVx1 (t = 7.93 HOLL2; 7.83 DC-AREA2; 6.92 BOWx1).
Runnymede is a two-and-a-half-story two-bay stone house with an attached three-bay addition to the east of the original house.
Dendrochronological analysis has shown that the building was constructed from timbers felled in the spring of 1788.
