The house at 30467 Prince William Street in Princess Anne, Maryland, is a two-story, three-bay frame building. The front section features a gable facing onto Prince William Street, while the back section features a two-story bay window facing onto Beckford Avenue.
Dendrochronological analysis has shown that the front section of the building was constructed from timbers felled in the summer of 1815, the summer of 1816, and the winter of 1816/17. Dendrochronological analysis has been unable to find a date for the back section of the building.
