Site Master 1703-1799 (white oak) HCMDx1 (t = 7.11 ESHORE2; 6.38 WILDx1; 5.99 WMMDx2).


The Hermitage Farm Quarter is a one-roomed frame structure with a chimneystack in the east gable.


Dendrochronological analysis has shown that the building was constructed from timbers felled in the winter of 1776/7 and the winter of 1799/1800.
